Didn't receive my ITA- quite strange its 473 Points, however I applied and submitted on the 8th of may. I guess that's why,
There's still time. Some people get them up to 24 hours after the draw was issued. If you still don't have an invitation in that time, then it may be that you submitted too close to the draw. With a score that high, though, I wouldn't be worried. ;)

Hi everyone,
As others, we left a little disappointed after today´s draw (same CRS mininum again! why was that? ). But again... we still have hope and faith!

We have created two profiles: 1- My husband as primary applicant, CRS 434; 2- Me as PA, resulting a CRS 374.

Regarding my profile, I got CLB level between 7-9 in TEF exam, in all four skills. That ´s why even if I have a lower score, we decided to create it. But my IELTS results are already expired so I don´t add points right now with english.

I booked a new IELTS exam, but in my country it will be available until Jun 30. :(

So... in the meanwhile, do I get a chance to get a NOI via the FSSW???

Someone said to me that no,... because I need to have also mininum CLB 7 in English. And right now, I only have french.

Is it true? I have to wait until I get my IELTS results? (and hoping to get that mininum... last results I got only 5 at english W )

*Good Luck to everyone! Let´s keep the hope high!

There is one applicant who got ITA today at 441. He/she created the account on November 20th, 2017. I am still wondering why he/she didn't receive ITA after the last draw? The tie-break rule isn't very transparent either. Although they said people who created profiles before December 7 would get ITA, but probably not all of them got ITA...strange thing...That might be the reason why the cut-off score and the tie-break didnt move significantly.

Maybe this applicant improved the score after last draw?

How do you know?

None of statements has any facts behind apart of your hopes.

It is possible for several draws in a row having the same CRS score. It is just not very probable.

The chance of future draw to drop or to increase depends on lot of factors.
So far the trend is that, there is increasing numbers of total EE profiles in the system, so that alone indicates increasing competition.

On a contrary, it is logical that every step down, there are more potential competitors (candidates) that can achieve the given score. So at certain point system will find the new balance (and it will be oscillating around it with a long term tendency to go slightly up - because of the increasing competition).

Guys the only question I have about this draw is, 753 PNPs were issued between April 11 and May 3, 2018, then why this data, released today by CIC (as of May 4, 2018) did not account for those PNPs? Why only around 200 people have 600+ scores?
That means they did not reconcile all of their data by May 4. So perhaps, the numbers of new profile with 441+ score is not as scary as it seems to be. Perhaps, there were around 400 or 500 Provincial nominees in this draw.
But one last observation, so many people with high scores are making profiles a day or two before the draw. Even on this forum, you can see how many people have a CRS as high as 480+.
Most people seem to be quite disappointed but this draw gave me a ray of hope. I knew there was no hope for us this time around, with CRS ranging between 430-440, but with no provincial nominees expected before the next draw, I am sure the score will come down a little bit the next time.IA.
So don't lose hope.
I hope the new entrant rate is less than 170 per day from today to 23rd may which leads total of 170*15=2550 entrants and expecting there are already about 200 sitting on 441, so 3500-2550-200=750 needs to be flushed out from less than 440, Assuming there will be around 7400 in 430-440 range and only around 500 in 440, the cut-off would be 439 with around 250 from 439 getting selected based on profile creation date :)

the draw
This draw is so disappointing. I am sitting at 440 (entered pool today) and was hoping that CRS cut-off we be max of 440 so that I can get cleared in may 23rd draw. Any guess for May 23rd draw? and when will the cut-off drop to 439 ? Does June has any hopes?
the draw always come down by 2 points, just wait for the next draw, i blv its gonna come down to 439. just keep ur hopes high.

Probably like me (before I messed up and ruined my first application) they got a point increase between the previous draw and this one.
