I feel like the way they worded it is a bit confusing. Why do they say "is closed to applications at this time" and then right afterwards say "for your application to be accepted..."? It seems to imply that one can still apply, if it is complete with all required documents.
I'm sure that's not what they mean, but the way they've written it, is confusing.

I have the same thoughts as you are. Maybe they are closed for incomplete applications? It's really confusing

10 am now. No draw.

Does that mean no draw today? Historically, did they have draws later in the day ?? or has it always been before 10am?

Please note. This is not a guaranteed back to back draw. Regular draw time is 25th of April. Please look at 25th next Wednesday draw date.

The whole website is confusing!
They say they issue EOI but then they also say you need to apply first and pay 300 CAD. Does anyone have any experience with SINP?

I have a feeling it's like express entry where you appy and then the send EOI from the applications?

The February 7 draw of this year happened several hours later than the usual draw time. This, however, doesn’t guarantee that the same thing will happen today. But, who knows, right? Let’s just patiently and optimistically wait :)

IP2 wording doesn’t mean eligibility or background check passed if u have jumped to IP2 directly :(
CEC inland
AOR 04.03.2018
IP2. 04.11.2018
MEP. 04.17.2018

Inquiry to an IRCC agent today
My Eligibility hasn’t completed and background check hasn’t started.

She quoted different wordings do not mean that you pass certain stages. Which means IP2 could still be IP1 with the same wordings and if u have only been in application for like A few weeks and in IP2 directly. More likely you are still undergoing eligibility and background check. And there is no guarantee that the next officer will go through your file :( just hope for the best and if your IP1 stuck and all of sudden moved to IP2 and then you are soon to get PPR but not like IP2 directly.

1. I would not advise to use consultant to apply for SK PNP
2. Both categories (EE stream and paper based stream) do open ever so often, so just because it is closed it does not mean for ever.
3. Pay attention to the list of in demand specialisation, because only the application from one of them will be taken into the consideration.
4. Even if you cannot submit your application, you can prepare your profile (fill it in and upload all the documents).

So now the game is following:
1. If they open then it is somewhere around 8 or 9 AM (that is when they change the writing in their page and unblock their system for application submitting).
2. Whoever wants in is required to get the information the moment they open. Let everything be, rush to the computer, open his profile and start clicking frantically on submit.
3. All opened 300 - 500 spots are taken this way within few hours (2-3 hours and the application limit is full again).
4. So that is the reason why a consultant is not suitable (way to slow for such a hustle).

Good luck

Had this question for SK PNP. My NOC (2173) is in the "in-demand" list.

  • Show proof of Professional Status or Licensure (for regulated occupations or those with professional certification standards in Canada and/or Saskatchewan) if required for your occupation. Please see the SINP In-Demand Occupation List for these requirements. If this proof is required, your application will be held for processing until such proof is provided - all other required documents must be included in your application or your application will be returned as incomplete and your application fee will not be refunded.
What should be done for this? Since we are outside Canada, can we apply for this remotely? Confused about this one.

I dont think there will be any draws conducted today. Hence if we are looking at April 25th draw, what will be the CRS cutoff approximately ?
Experts any input ?
