I wouldn’t be surprised, if they increase the numbers, considering their targets for next 3 years.
if they wanted to they would have increased by now (ideally by Jan)...and the target for 2018 is actually not that significant.....not disappointing any one its my opinion and there is no reason to increase it from Jan...

On Feb 5th I received an email about a message in my CIC EE profile. To my surprise my Inbox had a mail from Ontario with the subject line Express Entry-Provincial/Territorial Interest Letter - Feb 5, 2018 and time stamped @ 02.20 pm EST.

My CRS : 437
EE Profile Created : 1/17/2018.

Wondering if I should accept it now or wait for 40-45 days and see if theres a drop in the CRS in the subsequent EE Draws? What are our thought in it?
wait for it...but keep the documents ready....

Hi All here is a theory for OINP PNP as recently few of the pool candidates received NOI few days back (5th Feb) OINP gave details for CRS range for which NOI has been issued how about they sending it again for more candidates for the same CRS range...just a thought....o_O

A lot can happen in 40-45 days. The score might come down and you may receive ITA, on the other hand, Ontario can close their intake for applications as well. I'm afraid there's nothing certain with IRCC.

I made the same decision as yours, waited for 3 weeks on the Ontario NOI and just when I was about to lodge my application for OINP they closed the intake. Fortunately luck was on my side and I just had to wait 2 weeks to receive a direct ITA.

Wishing all of you amazing people speedy ITAs.

Hey Abid,
What stream did you get NOI for...? I am not sure as to why they will not accept submission their (OINP) FAQ page has this outlined .......
  • Once I receive a “PT notification of interest”, how many days do I have to apply?
  • Once you receive your “PT notification of interest” you will have 45 days to submit a complete application to MCI.

Well I have decided to wait for a few draws...but have initiated the process of documentation required by OINP. If the scores keep on falling in subsequent draws then i might not even consider it. I have given myself a target of 2018 as a whole. I believe the scores will definitely drop and since we are in high 430s we stand at least a chance of getting a direct ITA which i feel is an easier process than OINP.
But that's my gut feeling...you should analyse your situation like if your score tends to fall by this year due to age or something else then I guess you should go for it. For me, I am safe this year so can take a li'l risk.
