With no ITA released today doesn't necessarily mean there will not be any ITAs this week. Perhaps CIC wants to break the jinx of releasing ITAs on a Wednesday, in this new year 2018 . Also, there have been ITAs released on Thursday & Friday too, on a few occasions in 2017.

So lets keep our hopes high (And may CIC keep their CRS cut-off down)

they should stay with Wednesday every 14 days

In 2017, a total of 9744 ITAs were sent out in January across 3 cut-offs. And this year, they have higher targets than previous year, so even if its approx 25% higher could mean roughly 12000 ITAs. So 4000 X 3 is very much feasible

so that people around the world can easily calculate their equivalent local time ( UTC and GMT is same ) for ex.. India is + 5:30 GMT/UTC , add up to CIC draw time..

That's awfully considerate of them. Thanks for explaining. It makes our jobs tougher though, figuring out whether it's time for the bureaucrats' lunch break in Ottawa or not!

too late, no draw today for sure.

better luck in another 3 weeks where they will then increase CSR to 460 and decrease ITA.
So fed up with these guys playing games with us.
