There is no quote for ITAs, only landed immigrants quote, so no one know how much is left

Figures please
I have mentioned previously also that predicting for future draws is a futile exercise unless the ITA numbers are constant. So, please wait for 1 draw prediction at a time.

My permutation is complete and good News for people with lower scores.

I estimated 220 candidates left in the 441 to 450 range after the last draw.

For the January 3rd draw, I assumed that number of people entering the pool between now and January 3 will either be at historical level or even lower. ( This is due to the following factors, lower number of ECA will be issued, IELTS result to be released and the fact that lower number of working days will affect a lot of people's submission due to ECA and IELTS).

2750 ITAs Cut off will be 437 +/- 2

3000+ ITA Cut off will be 434 +/- 2

All this is just logic but if you are sitting at 430+ the chances are you will get your ITA by third week in January.

Historically, 2015, 2016 and 2017, there is a consecutive draw in the first two weeks of January and that will lower the CRS.

Anyways don’t take my estimations serious just see it as a possible guide.

Thanks.

Just for those who will ask, below is my last estimation for today's draw.

2750 ITA cut off 447 -/+ 2
3000+ ITA cut off 441-/+ 2
Hope your prediction holds.

Anyone know if Ontario has started sending out PTs? The ontario update page says they will start sending notifications again. I'm twiddling thumbs waiting for one. At 421 and 2174 NOC - cant rely on CIC directly... going the OINP way.

Pls assist with this concern. I am stuck up because of the same.
I believe you knew already that there is no specific template. I had listed three complexity in my LOE and drafted my own as follows.

Dear Visa officer,
Subj: Express Entry file number: Exxxxxx - Letter of explanation

Sir/Madam, This letter carries the explanation for the following
  • Complexity1
  • Complexity 2
  • Complexity 3
***New Para***
Complexity1: Reasoning
***New Para***
Complexity2: Reasoning
***New Para***
Complexity3: Reasoning

**end card***
Cajoling officer to accept the reasoning and process my application as positive.

Thanking him profusely :)
My name.

Ignoring the latest update as of dec21, where they intimated the system maintenance from Dec29-Jan15. The dec 18 updates carries.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please be advised that the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program has received an increase to its 2017 nomination allocation. The program will continue to process applications and issue nominations until the increased allocation is fulfilled. Any applications submitted that exceed the OINP’s nomination allocation increase will be processed. If approved, you will be nominated in 2018 and you will be notified at that time.

You can check the status of your application at any time through the OINP e-Filing Portal.

Please monitor this OINP Updates page for news, announcements and program developments.

They haven't initiated in sending out NOI's. They are currently processing the applications which were submitted earlier and approve nominations until the increased quota reached it's limits.

You can expect the NOI's starting Jan16. "System maintenance" always followed by new update on the program.
