Last night, I had a dream in which CIC announced 2018 quota with annual target of 400K along with 74th draw which had cut off of CRS 435 n approx 3200 ITAs.

According to Indian time, when will the draw happen today and when will the CIC website show it?
Don't worry buddy. It will touch 430 soon . Also one of our expert predictors predicted back to back draws in early November. So wait for a few days.
2 weeks ago, it was published on the CIC website between 8:30pm and 9pm. All the best !
If cic issue ITAs around 3200, then the CRS would be 430. So pray for that...
