This is the reason why I withdraw my ITA, didnt want to risk
With CRS 413, did you decline ITA?
Wasn't that a bigger risk knowing that June 6 changes were around the corner?

in case the ITA was accepted, it was a bigger risk as well. They might have rejected the application after 4 or 5 months... and you would loose precious time, money, efforts and some other draws too.

The 40% fallout is a figure thats been quoted for a while on volumes of people who get ITA but dont progress, your example would cover a very small number not to mention having 90days to accept anyway so basically redundant so what are the real reasons that are preventing everyone else with genuine scores getting an ita?

.......remember this suggestion is to sort the flawed system that is over inflated and preventative
i still disagree on 40%, which is way to high.

I am not sure if you were around then. The June 6 rules were a huge change where they were going to give additional points for those with siblings or with strong french language skills, so it was a given that the scores would increase.

Also, the tool considering 11 months of work experience as 1 year is CIC's headache not ours. We just update the date we start working and we do not mention if it was 11 or 12 months.

What other reasons are there to reject an ITA?
A common one will be that the system will have given you more experience than you actually have. Eg you have 2 yrs 11 months and 15 days, but because the system counts months it may give you 3 years n therefore more points than you deserve at that point in time.

But you get 90days so 15days later your fine

It took me almost the entire 24 hours after my draw to get my ITA. Try not to worry until you hit the 24 hour point.
