Just received our UK PCC's today so this is a good day... Come on CIC
1. Please let me know the procedure to apply UK PCC and how long it took to get UK PCC?
2. My spouse was with me more than 6 months when I went to deputation. Does my spouse need UK PCC as well?
4. My son born in UK and stayed July 2016 to Oct 2016? Does he need UK PCC also?

Hi,

1) Go to the acro site and order it there: https://www.acro.police.uk/ . Standard processing time is 10 working days.
2) Yes, one needs PCC for every country she has spent 6 months or more than 6 months in.
3) No

regards

Hi all. Hoping for a draw today :)

Want your opinion pls we r sitting at 430 if I am the main applicant. If my husband is the main applicant we are 403 and he loses 5 points come Nov.

I maxed out my ielts. But he didn't, if he repeats it he may get 40 extra points. Is it worth it for him to repeat it as if we register now results won't come out till Oct/ Nov anyway..

So not sure about him getting a better score, then if he does we may go up as far as 438 if he is the main applicant... But that will be by Nov. Or should we wait another month or two and see if the CRS cut off will go down to 430 (mainly to save a bit of money).

Thanks

Hi ROH 73, hope all is well.. Awaiting draws? All the best.
Have a suggestion for people who are waiting. Start collecting your documents especially work related , it will take a long time to collect everything. Its a week since my ITA and hardly collected anything. Time will fly away so fast. Make sure your name is the same throughout all the Documents.
Correcting that will also take time. Your name, parents name, spouse or kids name all are important after ITA.

I don't think you need an Ielts attempt ...have patience ..you will receive an ITA within 2 - 3 draws:)

What is your CRS?

Hello all. Its been a while. Anyways, I have been preparing for my 40th birthday coming up this Saturday. On the same day my CRS will drop from 419 to 414. But I have every reason to celebrate life and the many blessings I have. A lot of my mates died in the womb, some as preterm, some as toddlers. Some as teenagers. Some still in their twenties, some in their thirties' but here am I standing strong achieving my dreams and will continue to achieve even more including this Canadian dream. I am not bothered with d 5 points at all cos what ever goes up must surely come down. Relax guys we are just a few weeks or months away from the golden email. Enjoy
