ITA in hand but can someone help me

I got deported from US and my FBI PCC says I was arrested and inadmissible under section ....

I was dependent of my husband and they presumed I was working illegally.

Will this have any impact on PR

Thanks again. Ya I understand that it is best to travel back. I have my spouse and 9 months old as well in India now and actually I planned to leave them in India for 6 months. But now since that they have to get their medicals done as well. I will need them to travel with me again.
Other thing - you need a PCC from FBI plus PCC from India (has to be from Indian consulate in your COR).

Thank you. yes I have already applied for FBI PCC a month back , so I should get the results in a month or two.
Indian PCC , I am planning to apply for myself and I thought I would ask my wife to mail me her passport , so that I can apply on her behalf and send her back the passport.
But now I am reconsidering my decision and make them come to US and get Indian PCC and Medicals done.
And I should apply for UK PCC as well:(

After ITA there seems to be a lot of admin process:)

I heard Indian PCC takes 2 weeks time , do you know if that is correct?

Good luck!
Yes, 2 weeks is a good approximation to take. I got mine in 7 days (SFO), friend got in 2 weeks ( houston), NY is like 2 weeks.

First off, thanks to everyone here for spreading positivity. Thankfully, I received my invitation in this draw.

I've got a problem, though. I don't know what to do next. I read the message that I got in my account. When I clicked on it, a PDF file got downloaded and in the first page it said " You must submit a complete application before 11/08/2017 12:00 AM UTC time if you want to apply for permanent residence." At the bottom of the PDF file it says I've got 90 days.

I'm totally confused. What should I do? Should I submit it today? Because, 11/08/2017 is basically few hours away. Or, do I have 90 days time?

Please help friends.
You have 90 days to submit your application. 11/08/2017 is November 8, 2017 and not 11 August, 2017.

Also, Did you declare that in your Express Entry profile?
If you have spent more than 6 months in any country (either continuously or in parts), you would be showing it in your travel history and CIC would be able to verify it based on the entry and exit stampings in your passport.

Didn't you fight the case with a lawyer? Or were you working in real?

If you have stayed over 6 months in the US (either continuously or in parts), then it is mandatory to submit FBI PCC to CIC.

I have come up with the prediction for the 69th draw.

If it happens on:
Aug 9 - CRS 433 - ITAs 3200
Aug 10 - CRS 433 - ITAs 3200
Aug 11 - CRS 434 - ITAs 3200

The variance in the above calculation is +/- 1 CRS.

Please find below the CRS cut off on each date (in case the number of ITAs issued is more/less than 3200):

Hi abhishek, any predictions for the future draws? Will it be below 441?
