Congratulations to all those who got an ITA today!!
And my other friends, don't despair, not even for a single moment, it was a draw after such a long time period, this much was sort of expected, draw in March also went up after gap of 3 weeks so, but it again came down to 413. So it is going to decrease definitely in the coming draws, obviously rush in the pool would have been another factor that lead to this.
Don't worry, keep up the spirit and hope alive. It is definitely going to come down guys.

Is it still the case that not everyone with 449 gets in? My friend has exactly 449 so waiting game to see if she gets an ITA

This was pretty much expected ( not 449 though) so nothing to panic.. its sure to come down with the next back to back draw... Congrats to who crossed the mark today.. good luck to all running along with me to the ITA mark
