After Ontario has send the NOI , with in how many days we have to accept , specifically with in how many days we have to pay the fee ?

you can apply within 6 months after you received NOI, Once you create profile in e-filing portal, you will have 14 days to submit and pay the fee

Thanks for the comments . Guess they have put this 14 days to exactly follow up with the counts they expect to meet in 2017.

I am not much sure how and when they expect their quotas to be filled up. They have 2500 for HCP stream, maybe one should not delay their application just to secure the place within quota limit, but I am not sure
