Now, I've been trying to create a new profile in the same GCKey, but not able to. Do we have to necessarily withdraw the existing profile before attempting to create a new one.

Yes you can only have one active profile at a time. So withdraw the first one and then re-create a new profile using a link in your account.

You can also add New EE Profile number and Job Code in the same job bank.

Cant i create one without submitting and only when the new one is ready to submit, i want to withdraw the existing one.

You need to withdraw the one you have before making a new one.

Express Entry profile received - Next Steps - JobBank - May 13, 2017 01:05:00 p.m. EDT.

But when I click on this, a blank PDF is download without anything on it

Please help
