It's ok to have high hopes, but it is also important of to be patient, just because it didn't happen today (yet) it doesn't mean it's not going to happen.

This process is not easy and it will take some time, so be patient all it will come.

Hi Bhargav57, It depends if you wife is not the Principal Applicant but still has Canadian Work Experience over a year then you will get extra point else you won't.

without my wife's ECA my score is 394 and if my Wife ECA get done then my score would be 404.
Can I submit my profile without considering my wife's ECA (with 394 CRS) and can I later on modify my submitted profile when my wife's ECA get done?
is it possible to change the data after submitting the EE profile?

i want to say that is because they might come up with the 61st draw today in the late evening.. but I am not sure now

For sure go ahead, what if you dont even need the ECA (You never know what CIC has in mind )

Try to get started with the ECA as it has become a lengthy process in recent times. WES takes 20 business days on an average just to evaluate and your university might take their sweet time too. Its advisable that you don't procrastinate. Good luck!

Maybe cic releasing year end report without draw info is another strong indication that draw isn't happening today.
