I feel like telling the same.

Agents has less information on the how cic and other PNP streams work.
Most of the times I gave info. to my agent.

I have provided more documents with my application than what he suggested.
You put efforts to make sure you are satisfied with your supporting documents.
Because if anything happens your application will get delayed.
