In 2015 they drew less than 1500 every month
In 2017 its averaging 8000 montly and thos month +13000 candidates were drawn, thats why points are dropping.

I see if same demand continues it will reach 350, if demand increases they will go to the same system used in 2000 and take everyone who applies as long as they meet minimum criteria

To be honest if points drop to much, they just can wait for 3-4 weeks without draw and that will make points go up again cuz new applicants will get they'rs diplomas and language results so in very easy way CIC can control the cutoff points

I got two messages in my profile. First one to register in Job bank and second says I have been accepted in the pool. I got the second message after registering in the job bank. In my profile:

sorry to say but i think you have to wait till next draw bcz same thing happened with me during last draw on april 12th
