427 and no email or update on the profile yet .. is this delay normal :o :'( or should I consider that I was not picked ..
Wait for 24 hrs, everyone over the cut off is picked, just check is your profile is properly submitted and you dont have anything in progress

473 points, still no ITA. I'm getting a bit frustrated. This waiting is killing me.

Good luck :)

If you are in the pool after the draw, you can be still chosen? My profile is in the pool since a couple of hours and I am above the cutoff points.

Hi everyone,

I am new to this forum. I am planing to apply for EE. I have a question, really appreciate if someone can answer.

I have 2 years working experience as a Marketing manger in the UK and have the reference letter as well. Problem is that I got this experience on student visa during my studies(and after bachelors degree) of MBA in the UK. Moreover I have one year working experience in UAE as a Business development executive(current job since march 2016) after completing the MBA in 2015. Will that be ok if I include that 2 years work experience to secure more CRS points or should I just apply with one year experience. I am asking this question because I read in this forum that experience we got during studies will not be considered. Please advise

It is clearly mention on my reference letter that I have worked more than 30 hours each week along with my responsibilities.

Not sure if they send manually, but somewhere I had read that they start alphabetically. So not sure on that as well if they take the last name or the first name.

But just be a little patient with it. I was planning to do some changes to my profile yesterday in terms of updating my email address and then something clicked and I thought I better do the changes over the weekend (nothing major).

Every one in Canada walks their way through hardships and reach great heights and success ultimately. Many of my IIM friends move to Canada with a PR and running a successful career there. If you want to discourage people based one personal bad experience, sorry but this is not the place for you. This thread is for people to motivate each other and hold each other's hands and walk the way to Canadian dream.

Thank you for this! best reply ever!

It is been 2 hours since I came to know of the draw. Hope to get an ITA soon. the wait is killing

Hi!

I have a query regarding experience letter. As per CIC link, experience letter should have duties and responsibilities. Are duties and responsibilities both different or they mean the same?

I submitted this morning india time - about 5-6 hours before the draw. my application is in submitted status.
did i miss the boat this time? CRS 457. thoughts?

Got the ITA!
I can not believe it! :o ;D
sitting at 426 it was very surprising to receive it today.
congratulation to everybody above 423 and best wishes for other people who are still waiting.
keep up hope.

Congratulations to all who received ITA.

I am still waiting for the email.

hello Guys,

why do u want to apply for Canada , there are no jobs here . Come only if u r ready to do labour jobs.

There would be hidden discrimination(not on ur face) by companies in hiring you if u r are from Asia , whites gets priority in every job.

i moved here in 2015 and was a senior professional in INDIA with qualification from IIM but am doing labour jobs in warehouse ... what looks good may not be good ......i burnt my bridges before moving here so difficult to return
but guys think n apply only if u r ready for low jobs like cleaner/waiter/labor etc.

sincere advice.

When are you coming back then?? :P :P :P :P

This has got to be the shortest Ray of Hope ever!!! ;D ;D ;D
