I guess this is good news for everybody who is above 400. Probably the reason why Ontario is holding the invitations.

Didn't you guys also notice that they actually released a snapshot of the pool as of March 29, 2017! That's great info and great reason to stay hopeful under 431!!!

Not mean to sound negative .. but I guess that 4 week wait in March has given CIC a new way to look at draws, wait for more weeks and get younger people with better score .. at the end they want young and educated people to come to Canada. People who will not become burden on the social security any time soon. And as long as 3-4 weeks delay would result in 3000+ ITA with high score, CIC would not mind following that pattern .. if at the end they get 75K+ under 30 or 35 years old professionals throughout 2017, why bother about the 38 year olds and 39 year olds .. I don't see the scores going down anytime soon ..

BTW .. I am @ 427 and 39 year old IT professional with 14+ years of experience.

SaintNishant - Trust my words. You would be through in the next. Please do not loose hope.
