Ray of hope 58th draw?

I have a plausible theory about express entry. So when scores start dropping more people are drawn to apply. So if previously your score would have been a 440 and the draws never got lower than that then why waste time and money to do degree evaluations etc if you think it might be a waste?? So when scores dip more people enter the pool with lower scores. So lots of people probably enter the pool in the 420's and 430's as they now see a chance they never saw before. Then the scores raise because so many people enter the pool at lower scores (and even higher). At this point some people lose interest because again it cost money to actually enter the pool doing the tests and evaluation and they see scores rising, so less people enter the pool, which means that points will dip again...This could explain the fluctuation of points....as well as other factors of course...
I am part of a couple LinkedIn groups regarding Canada immigration and they market the lower scores, so it draws more attention to even people with higher scores. Consultants I talked to before also email me to let me know the scores has been lowered. So probably with this score hike it might discourage new people to enter that is on the lower end, which means there is less people in the pool at certain scores, causing the draw cutoff to be lowered.

The good thing is that a draw happened finally. Next draw score depend on the pnp nominations rolled out, those who have raised their scores or new entries in 434 -441 since March 1, new applicants above 441 from today onwards, those who have declined ita of March 1st draw and finally those below 434.
Since pnps have a seperate quota for pnp if the draw happen soon we should expect a drop of minimum 7-9. Still i firmly believe if draws happen biweekly 420's should be cleared.

Looking at the unpredictable nature of CIC, I won't be surprised to see B2B draws maybe on the 29th and then on the 5th, however personally I am not two draws to happen B2B and maybe even on the 29th there might be no draw.
I was at 433 before my 36th B'day and missed the party by 1 point in the 56th draw. I then dropped to 428 and was still hopeful for an ITA in the 57th, but didn't expect such a surprise. I won't be surprised if the points drop by more than 6 or 7 but it doesn't look likely that if in the next draw the points drop they will drop below 5.
The next draw if on 29th maybe at 437 +/- 1 (more of -1) than +1.
If the draw happens on 29th and then again on the 5th then we might see a 6-7 point dip maybe to 430 +/-1.
I don't expect to get an ITA till the 60th draw, but CIC might surprise.

I think CIC made an error by resubmitting the same cut-off score as the 55th draw (441 points)
someone pressed the wrong button!
