If you update your EE profile, it again takes up to 24 hours to become active.

It used to take 24 hours to be active a month ago. Now it takes only 5-10 mins after job bank registration.

So once you get the invitation you are no longer able to see the express profile? I log in and all I see are two options, one to continue my permanent resident application and the second to decline.
