I just found out! I was trying to log into the forum and it would just say "Server Busy" and i tried like 4-5 times and then I thought I should check the CIC website, and low and behold...441 with 3749...

Lol you guys effin flipped out on here did you, making the site servers crash for a bit!

I also received a message from CIC stating that our profile was in the pool (got that yesterday itself i.e. March 23) . Any chance of getting ITA this time around or were we a bit late for today's draw?

If everything was active yesterday, I don't see why you wouldn't get an ITA today.
