Ray of hope 57th draw?

I just spoke to my consultant. They expect a draw today. I am again gonna have sleepless nights.

How do they know? Do they have an internal connection to IRCC or are they just making an educated guess? I hope there is a draw!

your score gets locked post ITA after submission of required documents. so even if you will get ITA on crs 429 it will be valid till 29th March only unless and until crs comes below 424. so basically you need to wait till crs to drop 424 or below.

Okay! But i heard and read in a few places that it gets locked after ITA is issued. It is not mentioned anywhere that you have to submit docs to get it locked.

Received NOI for OINP on feb 28 (CRS 421 outland) did not apply for OINP because as per the trend waiting to get direct ITA, But now the wait is killing me so plan to apply for OINP.

While my ONIP is processing can i still get ITA, If so, if i suceeds direct ITA what will happen to OINP application :

If i succeeds OINP, How long i need to work in Ontario before moving to other province :-\

If you get an ITA your score is locked, soo if you get an Invite before 29th, assuming there is a draw before that you will be fine!!

Thanks! 29th is Wednesday so i am kind of confused about the point deduction time. Because the draw and my B'day might be on the same date. Any idea which comes fist? Point deduction or draw?

I believe that yesterday, Canada PM was introducing new budget for 2017 that's way they didn't make draw..
