The easiest way to get CIC to comment is to circulate fake news. For instance saying ITAs have been received by some accounts will force them to issue a public statement on their website confirming or refuting the draw and possibly give reasons for the delay.

I just called CIC and they said they will have 2 draws each month. But we already had one so next can be next week. I am so tired of waiting it is really frustrating :'(

The call centre agents know that same info as you. Maybe they get 2 or 3 mins heads up about the draw max..!!!
