Hi All, Hats off to all of you for really keeping up the spirit high. I am sitting at 436 and keeping all hopes alive for the next draw. However, reading through various posts, I too created new profile with new email id hoping to get OINP. But after creating didnt get. I am confused now whether to keep this new profile or withdraw. My query is regarding my old account. As my job bank and old account is created by same email address, so i feel like keeping old accounts as it is, and withdraw the new one. Can anyone of you help me out in understanding,

1) Why old profiles didn't get OINP ? I created my old profile on 13th Jan...
2) Do we need to have job bank account and EE account from same email or it is perfectly fine to have accounts with different email addresses. My consultant suggested to keep new and old job bank, as it doesn't make a difference. But more than consultant I will prefer to have your inputs on this.


Lastly, my prediction for this draw would be 436, with number of ITAs to be 3200+. I doubt ITAs to go beyond highest till date. Also, I don't think there will be any effect of PNPs in next two draws, as sachkestwan, BC, Prince edward island opened up very recently. Before that SINP got open with intake of around 1000. Among those some of them would have been cleared in recent draws where ITAs were high. But yes from Apr onwards PNP will have effect on draws.

Hi all:

I am trying to understand the PCC process in Shanghai, China. I am currently in Canada and I called the local police station yesterday and the officer told me that I need to go to the station myself to get the certificate (no third-party representatives allowed) and the process takes about a week, after getting the original certificate I must go to the notary office to get the original certificate translated and this process takes another week. My concern is there will be a time period which I am not covered during my stay in China. E.g: If I go back to SH on Mar.1st and go to the police station on 2nd, tentatively around Mar. 9th I will be able to get the certificate, and I will bring the certificate to the notary office later to get it translated. The final date in which I will get the translated PCC should be around Mar. 20th, after that I will fly back to Canada on Mar. 21st. However, the valid time frame of this certificate will be from when I was born to Mar.2nd (the date in which I go to the police station office), which leaves a gap between Mar. 2nd and Mar. 20th and there is no document to prove I have no criminal record between Mar.2nd and Mar. 20th. Will CIC find this a trouble and should I provide an explanation letter?

Also in terms of Birth Certificate, is it a mandatory document? (I am a 25 year-old single male, without any children).

I got NOI from ONIP. for my new profile. But Job Bank is still in pending status.

My Application and profile Status is Pending additional Criteria as Job Bank registration is still in pending status, although it has been around 20 hours since it is active.

But still I have got a message for ONIP - Ontario would consider you for PNP. Is this what everyone is getting?

Jobbank profile is active. And I recried NOI from Ontario today. We have 30 days to submit an application not 45 as some were saying. So I'm waiting to see how the trend in EE draws goes before I go the PNP route.
