I think this will go even further down.. My number would be 437. Right now, CIC issued 17019 ITA in just two months. They have goal of 71,700(FSW), 51,000(PNP) and Quebec PNP(29,300), which sums up to 152000. If we reduce 17019 from 152000, then 134981 will be the ITA for next 10 months. On a average, they have to issue 13498 ITA in a month across the 3 programs.

One thing we also need to consider is here there are large number of applicants are in 400-450 range, so they really want to clear the pool which is occupied from 1-2 year.

very rightly said, im at 419. Giving another celpip exam on March 10, hopefully by end of April my turn comes. Waiting since May 2015.

Quebec PNP is a separate process... They don't invite through express entry. So, they are not inclusive while predicting the monthly quota.

You have to exclude pnp's as some province pnp will be paper based pr applications and they are not included in EE targets and also there are dependents like spouse ,children for many EE ITA applicants & they are also part of the yearly quota.
