So then you accept the ITA and go for the normal post ITA process and then you send an email to OINP saying you are not interested anymore since you would rather just do the ITA now since its quicker. In the bargain, OINP has made their 1500 CAD which they wont give you back and they still have their quota! Kaching!
It depends on your score. ANyone between 400 and 425, I think its a no brainer. Go for OINP. The rest of them, its touch and go. We will never know since scores are falling. But again, remember scores will not keep falling for ever. By June there will be people with additional 600 points from the PNPs and scores Will start going up again!pacificislander said:

in 2016 many with 447 did not take up OINP thinking scores will come down since it had come down to 450 and they NEVER got their ITA for a long time. So only you can decide that!
My score is 430. And i can't participate in OINP because of my education. I tried looking for other PNP but they are not suggesting a favorable outcome.johnsyk said:
