Yes, I do have a message saying that I've been accepted. (I'm assuming I got that as I meet the minimum requirements for FSW).

As far as I know, CIC takes a snapshot(records active EE profile and CRS of those profile in GCMS) at the time they do draw. and based on that people gets ITA and also the profiles that gets ITA are kept in GCMS system for future verification against e-APR. so I wish that you receive ITA but if not don't worry next draw you will get it anyways so get on with medical and other stuff anyways if it's not done.

How many ITA needed to take all people with 430+ CRS and up ? :

My understanding is that two things are going to help bring the CRS down till 450

1. Increase in number of PR intake for 2017
2. Decrease in number of refugees to be taken by Canada (God Help Syria)

This means the quota for EE would increase..right? or Refugees PR is not calculated in the Quota?

Increase around 12k for the economic stream. However, they also add bonus points for CEC stream, so it kind of even thing out.
