Yay! I finally got my ECA from WES and have officially entered the EE pool. ;D

Don't worry, guys. As others have said, the purpose of the Nov 19th changes is to bring the CRS cut-offs down. I doubt thousands of new students would graduate with 3-4 year degrees every month.

There was one scheduled, but CIC had a bit too much to drink for the holidays and forgot how to work the system. :)
