Yea that's true. But i have been refused express entry on 40th draw after a month. So cic did teach me a lesson but at that time i recieved invitation in about 5 minutes. Anyways as long as i am in the game, i can wait for my turn.

Ok, don't act on what I am about to say.

My immigration guy who used to work for CIC recently attended a seminar and apparently all the consultants and lawyers and other experts thinks that, in 2017 we are going to witness a major drop in cut off points to as low as 380 -390.

I don't believe it. but there is that speculation spreading among the consultants.

Highly unlikely.

lol 380-390? is it a new lawyer's scheme to attract more clueless customers? with that low of a cut off score, half the population of the Asia continent will be here next year.

Definitely wishful. Even with the FSW scale, it was all too possible to be a good candidate yet score mid 60s and not qualify at all.

We already have the quota for this year which is pretty much the same like last year. Your theory simply doesn't have a leg to stand on.
