There is no "EE quota". Each immigration category has a particular immigration target. The categories can be changed, as happened this year with FSW, FST and CEC as well as the pre-EE backlog having to come from the same fixed target.

Only 15-20% or so of PNP comes through EE. The rest is non-EE. PNP has its own target. PNP has no bearing whatsoever on the low cut-off score.

You can google 'cic supplementary targets for 2016' and read the footnotes too. Also review CIC EE statistics and see how it has been broken down against the target per category. You can also read the EE 2015 report which explains how EE is designed to work against targets for various immigration categories. There are also numerous sources announcing an increase in EE PNP allocation for example.

You also don't seem to understand how targets works. Targets are landings per immigration category.

If you don't know how EE works and if you're not satisfied with a response, then do your own research to find an answer to either confirm or rebut.

I'm really trying to understand, not asking question to mock you.

Of course, there is no EE quota, there is only one quota for all streams and programs, but the thing is, if you increase quota for one stream, then other streams' quotas must be cut to compensate. That's what happened with this year.

I still don't understand how PNP doesn't affect the EE pool but LMIA does? Don't those people with 600+ CRS from nomination join the pool will increase the average score of the whole thing? so when new draw is called, those people will certainly take many ITAs away from people with sub 600+ points?

only some of the PNP go into EE, but LMIA definitely uses EE.

Yup, it's so expensive and has a freaking long processing time. I'm so glad that I declined OINP's ITA back in November.

As of now, BC PNP is the best PNP so far in Canada. Online registration, online application, 3 months processing time, $550 fee, great scoring and draw system. No one can beat that.

Is Job offer mandatory BC PNP ???
If job offer is not mandatory I am also able to apply for BC PNP.

My knowledge is job offer is mandatory for BC PNP. so I never applied for BC PNP.

If you have a job offer then why would you go for PNP? You already have those 600 points for EE.

Job Offer does not mean 600 points. Job Offer has to be supported by LMO. then an applicant will get 600 points.

Job offer doesn't mean LMIA. Only LMIA job offer can give u 600.

Now that we are talking about PNP....I have one confusion, Once you get ONIP request on your EE profile, how much time does it take to get the 600 Points?? One year??

OR

You get the ITA immediately based on 600 points and you have to wait for processing like so many others are waiting?

If you are already inland in Ontario do you get a BOWP to continue your work permit till you get the PR?? I am asking if it is easier to wait for ONIP if your are already inland??

BC PNP has different streams. But yes in general the requirements are:
1. Masters or PhD from a BC university (Post-grad stream) or
2. Job offer from a BC employer (International grad and other streams)

When is the next draw expected?

I am going to make my EE profile and I'll in the pool in next few days.
My CRS is 475.

Do you think I'd get an ITA within few days of entering in to the pool?

Getting Job offer is impossible for me.
Without job offer am I eligible or not to apply for BC PNP???
