If anything can be learnt from this absent draw is that it's fruitless to analyse and make predictions. The CIC will do whatever it wants. The system lacks transparency and has failed.

Also that CIC employee should never have made wild statements on youtube.

i dont think we can comment and say system has failed... thats not really for us to decide. i agree though - transparency is a major issue

lol on the employee video... man i've been telling people since 1900s lol not to take it seriously... i agree with only one thing - paper based applications are massive still, there is huge backlog... and once that clears draw sizes will increase (thats if they continue with the EE stream) but for him to say points will go below 400 was just funny...

Possible , this draw will take 3 weeks , Maybe they need do something extra in same period , so the draw slow down . my guess

I have 473 and I think the only way to get the invitation is improving the English score. I've already tried 3x the CELPIP to get above 9 in all of them. Last time I was behind just for writing with band 8.
