Is it possible that IRCC is trying to make up for the declined ITA's and the draw size will go back to 3500 from next draw onwards? This sudden increase in draw size is pretty weird.

The CRS score still being 470 after inviting 4500 people is scary. But I hope they will maintain 4500 invites for some time so that those who are waiting from a long time can finally get invited. Congrats to all who got invited in today's draw

this is completely heartbreaking because my partner just lost five points last sunday, from 470 to 465.
not sure how many draws of 4500 would be needed to get a 465 cutoff, ha..

The total number of candidates in the pool didn’t increase much so i am obliged to believe that people are increasing their scores .

First time in the history of EE draw with 4500 invites in Q1 only.

To only drop a point after 4500 invites is not the most encouraging, but who knows how close it was to 469 cutoff, could have been 100 more invites for example.

I really hope this does not mean a three week gap or the dreaded other draw.

If this is a new trend for a few draws, of 4500 then I could see 1/2 points drop per draw perhaps.

total number cannot say much about the candidates as many will leave the pool as their profile expired. many will be out of the pool as they got ITA..
and equivalent number of people entered the pool..

i see it differently... the number of people in 450-600 region increased from 19861 to 21116.. thats an increase of 1255.

I think they are going to clear the pool so hopefully CRS will come down to 460 or even below.
