I submitted my profile on the 27th of feb and My Crs score is 471 should i be excepting an ITA with today's draw?

read the tie-breaking rule, it's Feb 24th, your profile started Feb 27th. So, expect no ITA, it's harsh but it is what it is

mahn been in the pool since December 23 2019 with a score of 468. thinking i should rewrite IELTS to push my reading from a 7.5 to an 8 at least? or should i just wait and be hopeful because i dont really want to write IELTS again

How "desperate " you are about to move to Canada? If you really want it, yes retake IELTS. Reading is pretty easy to boost.

You should get it later today. When I got my ITA it took 5 hours from the draw to receive the invitation. For some people it is up to 24 hours.
