Ray of Hope - 136th Draw

Right now, parts of IRCC site are under maintenance. I'm not very familiar with the history of these maintenance actions, but in the past have they been somehow related to draws? Like, draws happening right before/after these maintenance interruptions?

These notices have nothing to do with a draw.Its just that people have created a hype for them to be linked to EE draws. These maintenance activities are generally carried out on Tuesday resulting in draw speculations. However, considering January trends for 2016,2017 and 2019, there is a hope for tomorrow. Fingers crossed!!

I also have a confusion. Did you need any official documents from IRCC to request your police certificate?
I already want to go ahead and get mine to avoid delays but I heard that I may need a letter from IRCC to do so.
Was that the case for you?

I did need a ircc letter. Here hou can't apply for VOG (the certificate) yourself. Someone that requires your VOG (an employer in example) should do this for you.
IRCC won't do this for hou, zo you need their letter to show Justis that they ask for it.

My CRS is 468. I am married but my husband wont be accompanying me. He would join me after wards. Would that be an issue when ITA is received? Also, if anyone has the same case, could share their experience. What is the timeline after which i can sponsor my husbands dependent visa?

You need to justify with a valid reason why your spouse is not able to accompany you at the initial stage.
Processing time for sponsoring your spouse is 12 - 14 months after you’ve submitted your completed paperwork to IRCC for this purpose.

If not should I apply for new PCC now or should I wait till I get an ITA?

address is not the same as on my passport. how much time will it take to get a new PCC?

HI there, not sure about your query. But I suppose if you do a LOE to IRCC and you have a valid reason why hubby is not coming with you and you are not trying to use the system to have a higher CRS without spouse, it should be fine.

Are you still in India? If so, I think the PCC is valid although I do believe you should get a new PCC because if you PCC expires in the process, you'll be asked to provide a new PCC. If you don't live in India anymore, you definitely need to get a new PCC and the date on it should be the day you left India; if my memory serves me correctly, some people got refused soon after they submitted their applications because the PCC from their home countries was issued before they moved abroad.
