Depends, if you fall under any stream. Not under In-Demand Skills Stream. Your NOC is not listed there.

But you might get an ITA through FSW draw (if your noc falls under it).
If you have a job offer in Alberta, definitely you can. I got a bachelor degree from Alberta but I don't get the Alberta invitation since Oct,2019.
I have a master degree from U of Toronto but I don't get the OINP since Oct,2019.
That’s only an in-demand NOC for PEI and NS.

I'd highly recommend a computer based program, a lot easier and cleaner, you will feel the additional time it gives you in writing. I am not a computer savvy person and was hesitant to not take computer based IELTS but it was the earliest appointment i got, i ended up with L9 R9 W7.5 and S9 which i myself was surprised to see.. i even believe that the content in computer based are easierOh I see

As per recent trend, 2,000 profiles per week are entering the pool having 450+ score which I think will slow down a bit to 1000 - 1200 per week. (Just an assumption..will be confirmed with tomorrow CRS distribution pool table). There will be roughly 8 draws till the FST draw in 2nd week of May. If the number of ITAs per draw remains at 3400,then 27,200 ITA would be issued before the FST draw in May.
After the last draw on January 8 2020, 16,000 would have been left with 450+ scores.

Profiles left: 16,000
New profiles that would enter the pool (From January 2nd week till May 1st week) - 1200*15 = 18000
Expected ITAs = 27,200
Balance = 6756
My prediction is that CRS would drop down to 455-460 in April hopefully.
If tomorrow pool table shows a total of 18k candidates with 450+ CRS, then there is hope for people having score 455+.

I have had a similar experience. I have taken up both IELTS & CELPIP computer-based tests. IELTS format and structure is much easier to understand and score in. Also, for computer-based IELTS you would still be speaking to an actual person for the Speaking test. In CELPIP you are talking to a robot. Not even talking, just answering back. Do you guys think if a significantly large number of people (suppose 100,000) with CRS under 400 apply to get into the EE pool today, will this bring down the cut-off?
There is no ielts exam with 100,000 candidates and no education credential assessment organization that can produce 100,000 ECA report in a day
