I checked ROH 121 thread and the cut-off was posted at around 14:00 UTC (+0) although the draw took place at around 12:00 UTC. Guess we’ll see the result in another 4-5 hours

For me and my spouse we’ve discussed it many times over the past several years. Initially we could not find any particular reason why we brought this idea up but it was more like an instinct... that we should probably prepare a plan B for the future. At last we came to the conclusion that it is the intangibles - like culture & values, feelings of security (not physically but emotionally/mentally), freedom of choices, etc. etc. Hard to list them all at once. We have a kid (soon will be two kids) and we don’t want them to go through the tough competition from primary school to adults life and work as we did... We had a couple of years experience studying, living and working in western countries and went back to our home country 5 years ago till now we re-initiate the plan of immigration, so we know exactly what we are giving up and what we will be confronting in a whole different country by making such a decision. It is really a tough decision to give up what we have here in our motherland yet we also feel quite excited to face new challenges and gain new experiences... After all life is a journey and the the reward is the journey itself.
Ok I get that too, ive lived a few years abroad too, it was tough as hell but a good experience nonetheless

What are we if we don't take risks right?

Thank you so much Nitin :) Yes I will do as you said, will join the group too!
Also, if my OINP LOE goes to 4 pages, would that be alright? Haha, I think it's a bit long, but I want to clarify and explain the documents attached. Hope it wouldn't be an issue!

Thank you for the guidance.

Hi Guys, i am new here.
I had submitted my EE profile on July17th, any chance i will get an ITA today?
My CRS is 475.
The score's so high, it's beyond the limit that IRCC understands. Better come to the dark side, come to me.....

In all seriousness, why be so smug. You already know the score is well above par.
Anything 459 and above is a par score today (Wednesday, July 24th, 2019). Stop asking these questions.

I still strongly believe the cut off for today's draw will be 458.It's not surprising that higher score are entering into the ROH CRS tracker.its only normal as there are other higher scores we don't even know of. Before now ,even right from the 470 cut off there have been higher score entering into the pool before every draw, that doesn't stop the crs not to decrease.so I believe the cut off will be anywhere from 457 to 458.

And also, the forum is meant for queries if you are too smart and know everything you can skip answering the questions :)

Anything over cutoff score bypasses all other criteria, even the tie breaker yes. As long as the scores aren't tied, why would there be a tie breaker in place?
Tie-breaker, as the name suggests, is used to chose a side that completes the cutoff number criteria in a tied score.
Eg, while choosing 3600 profiles, IRCC has chosen 400 profiles of above 1000, 2400 in 460+ range, 380 at 460, 420 at 459, thus completing 3600 and yet there are some more profiles with a score of 459.
These remaining profiles along with other 459 scorers will be given the tie-breaker treatment, on a first come first serve basis. On this basis, the 459 scoring profiles are chosen. When their number hits 420, they stop the selection and post the date and time of the 420th profile (the last profile) chosen as the tie breaker date and time.

This is basic knowledge. Tie breakers are held in a similar way everywhere.
