Hi guys,

I'm new to this forum as well.

My CRS is 439 and I have an NOI from Ontario from the recent draw.

In my current job (4+ years), I have gotten the reference letter, bank statements, Income tax documents, offer letter etc. This is the only job + NOC that I am using on my EE profile.

But for OINP, I understand I need to list all my previous jobs under work history (10 years) and upload documents for the same.

I have a question regarding this, can anyone please guide me?

I have worked in startups previously and some of them have closed their operations and websites too.
1. I have relieving letters, offer letters (except one company).
2. I cannot produce bank statements or reference letters because I am residing abroad and my bank doesnt allow me to have a historical statement beyond 5 years.

Can I give whatever documents (including email screenshots) I have and explain the same in my LOE?

Yes, you can proceed with the current documents that you've. Moreover, please do explain all these points in your LOE. You're good to go!

It wouldn't matter as long as the cutoff is below 475 which going by the recent trend is plausible.

However, if it is 475 then the tie break rule comes into play and you might not get an ITA. Still I wouldn't worry because I doubt the cutoff would jump up to 475.

Things were different in the beginning of the year, I wasn't earning but 2 job switches and I'm at a comfortable level now, so doubts are seeping in, mostly along the lines of " why to leave now when life just got better (financially)"

Are u married, kids, btw?

I think a huge factor is kids life and their kids life and the education and exposure they would get and not to mention the global access that comes with the passport

For me and my spouse we’ve discussed it many times over the past several years. Initially we could not find any particular reason why we brought this idea up but it was more like an instinct... that we should probably prepare a plan B for the future. At last we came to the conclusion that it is the intangibles - like culture & values, feelings of security (not physically but emotionally/mentally), freedom of choices, etc. etc. Hard to list them all at once. We have a kid (soon will be two kids) and we don’t want them to go through the tough competition from primary school to adults life and work as we did... We had a couple of years experience studying, living and working in western countries and went back to our home country 5 years ago till now we re-initiate the plan of immigration, so we know exactly what we are giving up and what we will be confronting in a whole different country by making such a decision. It is really a tough decision to give up what we have here in our motherland yet we also feel quite excited to face new challenges and gain new experiences... After all life is a journey and the the reward is the journey itself.
