Yes, you can send a mail to IRCC attaching the communication received from Ministry of Justice at Spain, informing them the purpose of '0' prefixed in your Passport Number. IRCC might as well be aware of this practice by Spanish Govt.

I applied for EE on 22nd July night and my CRS is 455. Is there any chance to receive an invitation in July end or in August ?

Unless there's a B2B draw, it would be 21st August or 4th Sep for you. As your profile is pretty new as well. Keep fingers crossed till then.

Folks,

My situation is as below:

1. OINP NOI - received 31st May, application submitted and currently at DIP level. Nomination can happen anytime until 28th Aug. (60 days from submission, topside).
2. My CRS dropped from 446 to 441 due to intervening birthday, however it won't affect my OINP application.
3. IELTS with CLB10 for each module LRSW will expire on 19th Aug. Have reappeared IELTS, but CLB 10 for all except Writing which is at CLB 9. This new IELTS score will take my CRS from 441 to 438, when I upload new scores say by 18th Aug. Again, this shouldn't affect my OINP application as I understand.

However, just wanted to confirm if this could be an issue, when:

1. I create a new EE profile (current profile expires on 11th Aug.), and not have been nominated by then.
2. If nominated and ITA received in the 2 upcoming draws before current EE profile expiry, and I update it with new IELTS score before submission (I would need to go past Medical and PCC before I submit, and that might take time leading to expiry of current IELTS score on 19th Aug.).

Does any one see any issue here, backed by some links on IRCC or OINP. I tried to figure out, but to no avail.

As per my understanding, there shouldn't be any issue at the OINP or IRCC stages, yet if someone has some other views, please share.

Guys need help with couple of clarifications for my EE profile :

1. In case of one having multiple designations in the same company, in the work history, do I need to mention separate rows? Say I was hired as an Analyst, my offer letter also states that, but the current position is that of a Consultant, should I put two separate entries in work history, considering it is the same company?

2. For Work experience/reference letter, is it required to get it from the HR , or our supervisor would do, considering we get it on the company letterhead as is. Also, anyone have any experience of getting reference letter from an LLP? Since there are multiple partners that we report to across many verticals, how do we identify the one from whom the reference letter would work?

Aug21st ? and how will the tie breaker work ? will they consider the time of updated CRS score or will they consider only the time of ee creation date

But that applies only if the draw is equal to 458 right ..if it is less than 458 then I'm hoping It will be picked
