Earlier, they used to send out 3900 ITA's on every draw, till Jan 23 2019 draw, after that they decreased number of ITA's and increased CRS.

If that's the case we wont be seeing any increase of ITAs from July as people are expecting

I hope too. If they do today, I'll have to wait for another 14 days for my ITA and that would be sad.

There is a 99.99% chance of a draw today between 10AM to 4PM EST, as no draw happened last week and this would be the 14th day from the last draw.

I started the process in December 2018 with applying for ECA for spouse and I. Confidence level was high after simulating with CRS calculator. Then, IELTS result came in good and we were sitting pretty in 458. With that score, it was a no brainer that ITA would come at the first time of asking, right? This was only in February.

Fast forward to June when ECA came in, and 458 won't easily cut it. 460s became hopefuls. 470s became the new normal. 450s? They started scampering and accepting EOIs. 440s and below became only good for PNPs. It was like a drastic change in fortune.

In all of these, one thing I'm sure of is this - if you have the will, there will be a way. Increase score, get PNP, hoping for increased ITAs leading to reduced CRS. Whichever one you choose to do, just keep being positive, we'll all achieve our goal.

Yes, if they conduct draws biweekly.
99 % they will not skip draws at least for next two.months unless there is a B2B draw in between
