@viki1805 why did you remove your internship experience? I am curious since I am adding my intern experience as part of those 3 years.
adding your internship is a gray area when it comes to claiming points. I remember reading something about it on the official website (cic website) that stated that you can't claim points for those internships which were completed during your undergrad as they are part of your education and training.
however, there are people who have gotten away with it too but each case is different and depends on what documentation you submit.
for example, if you have paychecks to show that you were paid for your services..

Hey buddy, excellent work. But, your assumption that 271/day (451-600) for the next 14 days might be wrong. I have seen as a month starts, from feb onwards, number of 450+ candidates increses and this might be due to the increase in the points for work experience of inpand applicants. So for the next 14 days, 451-600 candidates would low, may be 220-240.
@skg1988 , I pray that ur logic is right but per day addition of (451-600) during 1st May to 10th May was 185 in comparison of 1st week of June which is 271.

Forgive me for my naive data skills. Rate of change for 600+ profiles seemed to have been decreased for this current draw, isn't it? It was 729 during May 24th cycle and 288 now for this June 7th cycle. Could that not have contributed to 470 cut off last time?

Looks like all new profiles are entering with very high scores and ppl within 441-450 range are improving their scores (and low inbound too). But 451-600 range is what bit confusing me. Why on earth can that be 2956 delta between 10th May and 24th May?! What could have caused that surge of 2700+ profiles with 450+ score during that time? However, between 24th May and 7th June, it went down to 1022 which looks bit promising. If it goes further down to say <800 and with continuing same trend for 601-1200 bucket, won't the next cut off be floating around 455?

Good data, but nothing can be predicted on basis of this as we don’t know, out of 7893 candidates in range (451-600), how many are 465-600 and how many are 460-465 etc,
However data is gud enough to show that we are going to have very tough time ahead because
During May per day addition of 451+ was 240 which is now 303, this is very bad news and alarming figure for all below 460

Although this high figure was for only 9 days so might be just temporary influx during those 9 days as duration period is very small
Can somebody guess the reason of this sudden increase in 451+ Per day candidates in just one month
220–>240–>303, this is killing the hopes

I wish it is temporary increase due to some specific reason

ECA season.....CEC profiles.....3 year + experience .... 4 week gap... alo minor reason is fake profiles .

I have a feeling that it is going down.

451-600 Profiles
4/26 - 1511
5/10 - 1668 (delta +157 from previous run)
5/24 - 4624 (delta +2956) --> only god knows why??!!
6/7 - 5646 (delta +1022)

Isn't it giving a hope that it is only a temporary surge?

@nitinsharma13

@seniors

Please guide me when can I expect ECA. My score will fall from 458 to 453 on July 9:( I spent 2 years fixing this and getting very disappointed. My last hope to increase score would be by doing IQAS who will evaluate my masters as master not like cheap wes who will evaluate that as diploma. These scores are killing us. Please give me genuine hope. Any changes to get draw by the end of august :(

Can I get some help/guidance regarding birthday between ITA and e-APR ?

I received an ITA yesterday (yaay!), but have not done medical, it will likely take 3-4 weeks to get done. In that time I will have a birthday in July, so my points will drop from 470 to 465. Is that ok? I read somewhere that points for birthdays are frozen at ITA itself, but not clear or certain about that. This link https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/express-entry/assessing-electronic-application-on-section-a11-2.html

When a change in age results in the candidate no longer meeting the MEC or having their recalculated CRS points score fall below the lowest points score in that round of invitations, officers should consider applying the public policy to exempt applicants for permanent residence from certain age-based requirements between invitation to apply and application, based on section A25.2. This consideration can result in an exemption from the refusal of an application under section A11.2.
Is this for sure or depends on the person reviewing the case?
