1st Attempt (Paper based) - L 7.5 R 7.5 W 7 S 7.5
2nd Attempt (After 13 months - computer based) - L 8.5 R 7.5 W 7 S 8.5
Yes, you must go for IELTS again. Reading score should be 8, not 7.5.

This will take your score to 453 and then, you may get ITA in 2-3 draws.

Going solo, applying from there is not the best strategy. It works well if you are going there for studying; however, in other cases, it's simply futile.
Lemme know if you need any help in Reading.

Also, which nationality you are? Are you a native English speaker?

Does anyone have a rough idea on the distribution of profiles within 441-450? I.e is it more skewed towards 450?

I have 447 points, so a little nervous.

Agreed, reading score should be 8 - it will increase my score to 453

Why do you think going solo is not the best strategy? (Apart from the overhead of sponsoring process timeline)

Also, I'm not native English speaker. I had bit of coaching for IELTS before my first attempt.
You have to:
1. Wait for some time before sponsoring her. This could be few months or an year.
2. Prove to CIC that something changing in her situation that made her inclined towards Canada.
3. Wait for one year of processing

oh . solo i have 480. But this is extent. now with spouse i have 455 so my DOB is june 4/1993 .. will it go down to 450 ? my age will be 26 on this june which is same points i think
How can it go down by such big margin of 25 points? Your spouse must have basic English and basic qualification such as Bachelor?

Some hard facts and moment of truth -
1. 99% chances CRS will be more than 450 for next two draws (As per experts analysis with real published data)
2. My birthday on 10th July - 4 possible predicted draws left for me to make it.

Conclusion - Chances of getting ITA before birthday are less than 1% :(
Plan B - Going solo with CRS 464 after next 2 draws, get PR and sponsor wife.
Now good people of this forum, please give me your honest opinions about my plan B.
Plan B will work .... but the wait time will make spouse upset.
