Yes, if the speed to applications increases further from 222 to 240, which is unlikely but not impossible

Wouldn't that be offset by the decline in number of inland candidates who got increase in points at the start of the month due to increase in experience from one year to two years

And someone mentioned that 600+ pnp scores will see a decline as most have gone through...

The draw happened on January 30, 2019 with CRS 438 is the main reason behind the current trend of CRS rounds.
That's why I said - Every time, the round of invitation happens, it brings smile on some faces and losing hopes on others. But, I feel so blessed for people like us who have atleast 445+ scores in the current nail biting competition and so happy for those people who got their invites at 438 when they had lost all their hopes in their lives. Everyone's dream is important and feel proud that we're contributing for the good cause in the society.
So, always be positive in every single situation and it's just our ITA has delayed and we're almost there. Good luck!!
