Is there a correlation between ghost update and draw the next day?
If by Ghost Update you mean, you received a mail from IRCC that you have a message in your account. But there is no message in the account actually. Even i had faced this kind of scenario during Feb 2019, after entering the pool.

Can anyone reply to my question regarding NOC ?

Hello All,
I'm on ICT(Closed work permit) and the initial work permit was filled and approved under NOC2173.
However my role is a testing lead. NOC2173 does have test engineer, software testing engineer as job title. However the duties mentioned there mostly relate to development of software. I'm confused if I should use NOC2173 or not . Is it possible to submit EE profile with different NOC and WP in different NOC ?

I had received a couple of times this kind of e-mails, to check the updates for IRCC account, for my work permit applications. I don't think there is any correlation between ghost e-mails and a draw. However, it is always advisable to check the IRCC account to see if you have any other update such as NOI or others.

Cheers

If tomorrow theres a draw then the problem would be for those who didn't make it.. the subsequent draw which would be probably after 3 weeks, and then it will again go close to 455-460 levels

If they wish to go ambitious and funny, they should do one week draw after a three week draw, instead of a one week draw followed by a three week draw.

Both sound okay but there is a lot of difference between the two. The former is more saner with no impact, whereas the latter is painful to some.
