I, personally, don't believe in B2B draw as well. Though, there is a fair chance of an increase in the ITAs.

I would suggest scan and submit all pages even the blank pages. Sometimes they treat them as an incomplete application.
If the cut-off stays above 450 tomorrow as well, it would be three consecutive 450+ cut-offs in a row.
The last time this happened was in Jan 2017. In fact, back in those days, the annual target was much lower and cut-off had not gone below 450 ever in the past.
To summarize, it will be the first time in the history of Express Entry that the cut-off stayed above 450 for three or more times, after dipping below 450 at least once.

Are you serious, Mate? I don't think you have to bother about it, because you are already in the safe zone and will be through in the next 1-2 draws, nodoubt! It is us with low CRS points ranging from 440-449, who really have to worry!
If it was me with 451 score, I would have been relaxing without any worry.. Atleast have some encouragement after looking at us. Good luck!
