I think this person is purposely messing around with everyone. No one is this dumb to ask the questions that he does.

Kidding, it’s your perception. Because of people I lost this and I came to know this by asking around. I’m too busy to study visa issues and this is bad processing.

Opportunity Cost=FO−CO where
FO=Return on best foregone option
CO=Return on chosen option

Here,
FO= wait for PNP and get a visa it within six months
CO= waiting in India from last three years anticipating telephonic interview and drives from Manitoba

FO= 40 years wages
CO= 37 years wages
Opportunity cost lost= 3 years wages lost

I’m sorry you lost your money and 3 important years of your life but let this be a lesson to you. Don’t blindly trust someone who promises you big dreams. Do your own research first before paying someone.
It’s unfortunate you had to learn this the hard way.
