If you weren't chosen, then you either don't have a score of 1040 or you didn't actually enter the Express Entry pool. Those are the only explanations.

You've mentioned that you used an agent. So maybe the agent did something wrong.

Someone else replied back saying ‘You don’t click yes for a nomination unless you received one. You only have 440 points. Quebec has its own immigration system so you apply separately and they are not part of the EE system. If you are really serious about immigrating to Canada, then you need to hire a good immigration lawyer in Canada to help you. Based on your questions, you obviously cannot apply yourself. You find everything too confusing and don't understand the programs after repeated explanations. You seem to think that you were in the pool or had nominations since 2018. If you really believe that, then it sounds like the local agents / consultants you were working with were either scamming you or not telling the truth.

Again, if you are really serious about immigrating to Canada, hire a Canadian immigration lawyer. Stay away from local agents / consultants.

What province have you received a nomination? So you applied to a province and got an NOI. I don’t believe you have.

You can’t select YES yourself. You submit an EOI to the province, and they nominate you. You receive a Notification of Interest (NOI) and then you add the points. Manitoba only selects through recruitment drives (not happening now), job offer, work/live in the province or family in the province. Quebec has nothing to do with EE or PNP. You apply to them separately through Immigration Quebec.

Your awesome!! Now I understood what you mean. I was given wrong information by that agent. I lost money now. I have to find a different one. You know, I was suspecting them from the beginning. My parents can send me abroad with six mOnths to one year maintenance financing. I am sure I can get a job before That. This guy was saying, they will give you telephone interviews and why to waste your parents money etc. conservative chats despite me asking them to send me abroad quickly... in the end, that guy stole my three years of wages. So he is only doing this all along secretly via Delhi embassy staff I guess to save money for me.. foolish people in immigration.

Wow... have contacted someone new and I will check out with them. IRCC should read my post here and cancel recruitment drives and telephonic interviews for everyone because there is an opportunity cost involved here. Same way, bpo employees coming to India and Indian mnc employees going abroad must be blocked. I don’t understand why IRCC gives them license. Every uneducated person joins immigration and this is what happens to everyone. Someone please forward this conversation to IRCC please.

IRCC isn't going to do anything about this. They can't control what unlicensed agents do who are outside of Canada. They aren't actually licensed by IRCC. They say they are licensed but are lying to you.

I would recommend that you either spend the time to research the process yourself and do it yourself - or that you hire a Canadian immigration lawyer. Stay away from agents.
