“Once you’re in the Express Entry pool, we use a different system to rank your profile. We select the highest-ranking candidates from the pool and invite them to apply for permanent residence.”

What does a highest score mean?
Why should embassy take my application money if they need only highest score?
Why did they not tell 666 is the highest score, apply for your visa only when you get it?
Is this gambling?
How do I know what is the highest score?

What embassy took your money and for what?

I really think I'm going down a rabbit hole here, because I think most of your questions have previously been answered by the veterans, but here it goes:

Being in the pool means that you have used the assessment tool for EE and you have been determined to be eligible (minimum of 67 points out of 100). You have then completed the EE profile and awarded CRS points. These CRS points differ between applicants. Some score more points than others, depending on their assessment. These CRS points are ranked in the pool. When CIC does a draw, they determine the cut-off points for the draw i.e. they can say the cut-off points for this week's draw is 480 points. That means that all EE candidates that have 480 or more will be sent an Invitation to Apply (ITA). This ITA invites them to put in an application for Permanent Residency, but it does not gurantee an approval.

Is it clearer now?

You have wonderfully expounded. I already have more than 1040 CRS score and 67 points eligibility. Why was I not chosen? Two years, I man here waiting for hot dogs.

How many cut off marks did you get? Pls.

The only way for you to have that much points is if you have a Provincial Nomination. Did you apply for, and got a Provincial nomination? If so, which province and when were you given the Provincial Nomination?

I got 1013. I was nominated by the Saskatchewan Immigration Nomination Program (SINP). I applied in 2020 for it and I received my nomination this year. I previously had 413 CRS points. That nomination gave me 600 additional points which pushed me up to 1015. I got my ITA at the draw immediately following the 600 points being added to my EE profile.

I applied to Manitoba and Quebec in 2018. You have explained me better than those previous ones and since you told me who they are, it’s fine with me for wrong info. :) now, I also got the same, first on crs calculator, I got 440+ and when I clicked ‘yes’ to provincial nominatio certificate, I got 1065.

I am sure that this job was done by constables, small business people, politicians and visa officers. How dare they cheat on me?

Forgot ask, do you work out in a gym? Is it necessary to get the draw? I just prefer jogging and home exercises... why do they need body builders? Are they planning to attack immigrants once they are abroad?

You don’t click yes for a nomination unless you received one. You only have 440 points. Quebec has its own immigration system so you apply separately and they are not part of the EE system. Manitoba only nominates those who attend one of their recruitment missions (haven’t happened In a long time) and most have a job offer. So you don’t have a nominations as you have been told in other posts.

No, it's not a requirement.

If you weren't chosen, then you either don't have a score of 1040 or you didn't actually enter the Express Entry pool. Those are the only explanations.

You've mentioned that you used an agent. So maybe the agent did something wrong.

I got 1065 with my provincial criteria.

i dunno what to say man !
