I hope everyone is having a great week!
I have a question in regards to the ranking point system, in particular in the Education category:
- I am finishing a BSc degree in a Toronto university which I will be graduating from in June. I have just found out about a 6 week program in Science Communication offered by a Toronto college and I was wondering if that would count as 2 VALID credentials: my 4 year Bachelor degree and a College certificate.
According to the list that CIC provides, it says "3-year or more certificate, diploma or degree PLUS any of the results included in the section below" - Graduate certificate. As far as I am interpreting it, even though it is a short term program, I will still receive a College Certificate upon graduation, which would make me eligible. I think? I would be getting the college certificate 3 days after I graduate from university!
Is anyone in this forum able to provide any advice in regards to this issue?
