This is a volunteer forum and no one is going to give you a free visa. What is a free visa? Doesn’t exist and nothing is free, far from it to come to Canada.
You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. Depending on the job requirements, you may need IELTS for language and ECA for education. Most if not all jobs posted will say that you must be a citizen, PR or a person with work authorization to apply so no point in applying for those jobs.
You are in a licensed position so look at provincial licensing and costs for tests/exams/certification. You will need to pay for ECA and IELTS. Other fees include medicals, work permit fees etc. This doesn’t include your airfare, transportation and settlement costs.
You need to explore whether you will be able to get licensed in Canada, what you’ll need to do and how much it will cost. You should contact the licensing body in different provinces. You will not be able to get a job offer as a radiology tech until you are licensed to work as one in Canada.
