Qustion about applying Inside Canada or Outside Canada ?

Hi All,

Am planning to apply my PR application this week. My WP expiring on Jan 30, 2014 and i may need to go back to inda in Late January 2014.

Please advise whether i should apply within canada or outside Canada?

It doesnt matter... apply ASAP before they change any rules and regulations.

Once you go to India.... you can notify CIC about your address change.

Correct. Apply as soon as possible after becoming eligible.
