Quitting school and returning to my country

Hello i have a question regarding this issue i have a valid study permit and was in canada. I was studying in a university and quit studying and immediately returned to my country will this affect future pr applications?

Tell the university you dropped out and went home. You don't need to tell IRCC anything.
